Purpose: Offenses added in HR Settings will show in HR application when creating incidents.
Follow steps on how to configure offenses:
Log in Back office application.
Click on 'HR' to access HR settings.
On incident drop down, click 'Offenses'.
βClick 'New Offense'.
Enter the Offense details and save.
βName - Enter the name of the offense
Offense Category - Enter the name of the category. Click here to see how to add new offense categories.
Points - Every offense has some points that will keep accumulating on a user's file whenever they commit an offense. One the points get to 100 a dismissal decision is made.
Fine - This is the monetary penalty imposed as a consequence of breaking an item or stealing.
