Security Screen Visitors

Purpose: Ensuring that only authorized individuals gain access helps protect the organization from potential threats, such as theft, vandalism, or other malicious activities.
It helps maintain a safe environment for employees, visitors, and assets by preventing unauthorized access to sensitive areas.
Keeping a record of who enters and exits the premises helps in tracking visitor activity and can be useful in case of an emergency or investigation.

If the visitor is new and has never been scheduled for any meeting before, follow the steps on how to add in the system.

  1. Log in Security application.

  2. On home screen, click "Visitor".

  3. Click "Expand Search to All Visitors".

  4. Click "Add New Visitors".

  5. Add all details for the visitor and save.

  6. If there are other visitors that have to be checked together with the first one, click "Add visitor". If there is none click "Continue".

  7. Select the entry type.

  8. If visitor is coming in with a car, enter vehicle license plate number.

  9. Enter reason for visit.

  10. Select the employees to notify about the arrival of the visitor. They will get DM notification via Slack.

  11. Click "Save" to submit the screening.

If the visitor was added in a scheduled meeting, they will appear on the visitors screen in Security app.

  1. On the home screen, click on "Visitor".

  2. Select the visitor you are screening. If adding more visitors, click "Add Visitor"

  3. Click "Continue".

  4. To continue screening refer to point number 7 above.
