Purpose: Screening at entry and exit points helps ensure that employees do not leave with the organization's property. It also ensures that individuals do not enter the premises with any illegal, prohibited, or suspicious items that could pose a threat to the safety and security of the organization, its staff, and VIPs.
With this feature, all vehicles are going to be screened as they pass by designated checkpoints.
Note: All organizational vehicles need to have a scheduled trip in Fleet application in order to pass through the checkpoint.
Follow the steps to do a screening on checkpoints:
Log in Security application.
Perform a full sync and make sure that you have selected the correct checkpoint location.
Click on 'Employee Vehicle'.
If the vehicle is entering the premise select 'Enter' and if leaving select 'Exit'.
Select the vehicle that the employee is driving. Please note that if there is no scheduled trip associated with the vehicle, you will not be able to proceed.
Scan the employee badge. Pay close attention to the assets that reflect under the employee's name. The employee is only allowed to leave the premises if there are permanent assets reflecting. If there are non permanent assets reflecting, the employee has to return the items to their respective bins.
Use the notes area to write anything important pertaining the screening.
If employee has any goods to declare, click on the photos area and attach any belongings that s/he has.
Finally submit the screening.
