Scenario: You can use the attendance feature to check who is attending meetings and who is missing meetings amongst employees.
Follow these steps to check the attendance for a meeting:
1. Before you can check attendance for a meeting, a completed meeting must exist and it must have attendees.
2. Navigate to this link: app.luvelo.org/Meetings.
3. On the Home screen, click on ‘Attendance’ to view completed meetings.
4. In the Meetings page, click on the Completed tab to navigate to meetings that have ended.
5. Click on the meeting for which you want to check attendance.
6. On the Track Attendance page, you’ll see two tabs: ‘Attended’ and ‘Missed’. The ‘Attended’ tab shows who attended the meeting, while the ‘Missed’ tab shows who did not.
7. Click on the ‘Attended’ tab to view the names of attendees, along with a progress bar showing how many attended out of the total expected.
8. Click on the ‘Missed’ tab to view the names of attendees who missed the meeting, along with a progress bar showing how many were absent out of the total expected.
