Meeting Attendance Sing-In

Purpose: To sign-in an attendee into a meeting for which they are scheduled.

Accessing the App

Required Role: CreateAndViewMyMeetings

  1. Log in to Luvelo Meetings using the mobile app or by visiting app.luvelo.org/meetings in your web browser.

Meeting Sign-In

  1. Log in to the Meetings app.

  2. Click on ‘Sign-In’ to view scheduled meetings so you can sign-in to a scheduled meeting.

  3. In the Select Meeting page, click on the meeting you want to sign-in to.

  4. On the Attendee Sign-In page, you’ll see a prompt that says: “Scan the QR Code in the Meetings Sign-In app to sign in for the selected meeting.”

  5. Open the Sign-In app on another device. On the Meetings Sign-In app, click Scan Meeting QR Code to scan into a meeting.

  6. After scanning the QR Code, you will be taken to the Attendee Registration page. Select the correct attendee to sign them in.

  7. After selecting the correct attendee, you should see the Attendee Sign-In screen. Sign on the space provided and click "Sign-In".

  8. A message will be displayed showing that you have successfully signed in for the meeting.

  9. A signed-in attendee will have a green marker next to their name. A red marker signifies an attendee who has not signed in yet.

  10. You can now view attendees. You can only view attendees for meetings that have been completed. Select ‘Attendees’ to view attendance for a meeting.

  11. Click the Completed tab to view meetings that have ended.

  12. Click on the meeting name to view meeting details like attendees, notetakers, etc.

  13. The Track Attendance page will display the total attendees of that meeting. A progress bar will be shown to signal how many people attended the meeting. The name of the attendee who attended will be shown.

  14. To download the excel registry, click on the cloud icon and an excel file will be downloaded into your computer.
