Scenario: You want the staff members to be trained on Customer Services and Confidentiality. For you to achieve this you have to create a course where you will add the attendees, the date when the course will be conducted and the material needed to facilitate the course.
Follow these steps to add courses to training paths and meetings:
1. Log in to Meetings app.
2. Click "Courses" to view courses.
2. Click on the "+’"icon to add a course.
3. In the "New Course Module" pop-up, enter the Name and Brief.
4. Click "Save" to save the details.
5. A pop-up with the text ‘Success: Successfully created new course module’ will be displayed and the user will be redirected to the Course page.
6. Click the edit icon if you want to edit the name and brief of the course. Click on Attachments to add an attachment to the course.
7. Click Browse or drag an item onto the screen to add an attachment.
8. Click "Scheduled Sessions" to check sessions associated with the current course.
9. In the ‘Scheduled Sessions’ page, click the "+" icon to add a session for the current course module.
10. In the New Session page, enter the Start Time, End Time, Facilitator, and Room details. All fields are mandatory.
11. Click "Create Meeting" to save.
12. The meeting has been successfully saved.
13. The newly added course will now be visible on the Scheduled Sessions page.
14. Click on the session name to view the Meeting Detail page.
