Solution Summary: To create a group on Luvelo, log in, click "New Group," provide details in the Configuration tab, add users in the Include/Exclude tab, integrate services in the Integrations tab, and manage group members in the Owners and View Members tabs. For updates, log in, locate the group, modify details in the Configuration tab, and manage users, integrations, and members through the relevant tabs like Include/Exclude, Integrations, Owners, and View Members.
Purpose: To update who approves things in Luvelo
To update approvers in Luvelo use the following steps:
Login into the Groups application on Luvelo.
Click on the New Group button on the top right corner of the screen when creating a new group.
Search for the group on the search field on screen and click on the folder to expand it and click on the Group.
In the Configuration tab enter the group's details( Name, Description Folder etc.)
Click on the Include/Exclude tab on the tab bar.
Click on the + Add User button to add the users to your group.
To add any integrations to your group then click on the Integrations tab in the tab bar.
Click on the + Add Integration button to add the integration.
Click on the Sync Integrations button to Sync the integrations.
Click on the Owners tab in the tab bar to add users.
Click on the + Add User button to add the user.
To view Members of the group click on the View Members tab on the tab bar.
Click on the Save button to save the group.
