Create Replenishment Event

Purpose: Replenishment events are created to restock items or medication in dispense bins. This process should be performed daily to ensure that stock does not run out. This article will guide you through all the steps involved in creating a replenishment event.

Follow steps to complete a replenishment event:

Create Replenishment Event

  1. Log in to the Supply Chain application.

  2. On home screen, click 'Restock'.

  3. Here, you will see a list of all past restock events. Click the plus (+) icon to create a new event.

  4. If you are creating a replenishment event for a single bin, select ‘Replenishment Bin’. If the event includes multiple bins linked to a replenishment bin, select ‘Replenishment Group’, then click ‘Continue’

  5. Select the Replenishment bin.

  6. Click 'Recon Bin Count' to start a recon.

  7. Start the bin count, counting all items in bins and attaching photos.

  8. Submit the bin count.

  9. Click 'Initiate Stock Order'. This will send a slack message to approve on the quantity needed.

Fulfilling a Replenishment Event

  1. Once order has been approved, click fulfillment card to start fulfilling.

  2. Select the fulfilment bin.

  3. Click items to fulfill from source bins.

  4. Attach photos of fulfilled items and click 'Proceed'.

  5. Once done with fulfillment it will show status as 'Processed'.

Delivering Replenishment Event

  1. Click 'Delivery'.

  2. Add delivery step.

  3. Select 'Replenishment' as the final delivery step.

  4. Move items from fulfillment bin to destination bins.

  5. Attach photos of delivered items and sign. After signing, submit the delivery.

  6. After delivery your event will be changed to 'Delivered' status.
