Purpose: View the item quantity, batch and expiration (if applicable), at all bin locations.
Scenario: You use Item Balance function when you want to check the items and their quantities in a particular bin.
Key terms:
Bin - This is a physical location of an item. It can be a shelf, a building or a person.
On hand - This is the quantity of items in that particular bin.

Click Items Balance.
Search for the item using the SKU or item name or use the filter for a quicker search.
Once the item appears in the search results, click on it to view its location and quantity.
This is how the item’s physical location and quantity will appear.
