Create Replenishment Bin

Purpose: Replenishment bins are ultimately used to dispense medication or items to patients. These bins are supposed to be replenished with stock on daily basis, so that they won't run out.

Follow the steps to create the replenishment bin:

  1. Log in Supply Chain application.

  2. Click the hamburger menu. and select "Bin".

  3. If the Replenishment bin is a new bin, click on the "+" icon on the top right corner of the screen.

  4. In the process of adding bin details, select the right zone area for the bin. This will ensure that you dispense items on that specific location.

  5. Select the 'Replenishment' as restock type. This will enable you to see the bin when creating replenishment events.

  6. Select the restock group and stocklist associated with the replenishment group. Click here to see how to create a stocklist.

  7. Save the Bin details.
