Purpose: The leave management app is used to set different leave polices for different timecode. These can be the different types of Leaves or Holidays.
Follow the steps on how to create leave policy:
Log in to the Leave application. Click here to see how to log in.
To create a leave policy, you have to select New Leave Policy. Input policy name and location (this is the site/workplace you want to apply this to) then save.
Select New Leave Policy
Input Policy Name, Location and save
Add Leave Policy Details: To add leave policy details, you need to select New Leave Policy Details button. Input the leave policy information which includes:
Time Code
Start Parameter
Months Duration
Max Negative Days
Months Till Carryover Expires
Once you have filled out the information, you can then save.
Fill out leave policy details and save
To edit leave policy details after saving, select the leave policy and make the necessary changes.
