Skillsets allow you to define which team members have proficiencies in particular roles or activities. Every shift position assigned on the schedule is associated with a skillset. By associating personnel with skillset proficiencies, schedulers ensure that only proficient individuals in particular tasks are assigned to fill those respective shift positions. Furthermore, schedulers can visually see when trainees are assigned to fulfill positions and require additional support.
