Purpose: Create a new event in the organization schedule which can be used to facilitate remote clock-in/clock-out, visualize events to end users such as patients, and permit users to submit arrival reports at scheduled sites.
Scenario: If we want to do vaccination on a certain date at a certain site, we need to schedule the event in Luvelo. Events are created in Configuration, and they will show on events screen in shifts.

Log in to Configuration. Click here to see how to log in.
Click 'Operations' to see a list of all events that are scheduled.
Click 'New Event'.
Enter all the details pertaining to the event and click 'Save'.
Mechanism - this is the type of the event.
Service Offered - this is the service that will be offered to the community during the event.
Referral Partner - these are other organizations that ae also officering the same service, that would want to partner with us or want assistance to offer the service on that particular event.
Site - this is the site where the event will occur.
Start and End Date and Time - the date and time when the event will start and end.
Status - this is the status of the event. If the event is active, it will show as Active in green, if cancelled it will show Cancelled in red.
You can search or filter the event by date if you want to go back and edit it.
After successfully creating the event in Backoffice. You can go to the Shifts application and go to Other and select 'Events' in order to see the event that you have created.
Syncing events - To sync events you have to select 'Assignments' within shifts. Choose sync events and the shifts within an event template auto populate/create assignments.
