Key terms:
Assignments: These are the shifts positions that can have employees assigned to them. Assignments can be created from an existing weekly template or copied from previous week.
Follow the steps in order to create assignments from templates:
Using your computer browser, Log in at app.luvelo.org/shifts
Click on 'Assignments'.
Click 'Create Assignment'.
You can start creating assignments using the following options:
Create from template - this add shifts position based on the selected weekly template.
Copy from previous week - this copies the assignment from previous week in order to save time on recreating.
Choose Create from Template to start creating from existing template.
Select your template and click Create Shifts.
If you want to copy assignments from a previous week you can follow this steps.
Choose Copy from Previous week to start creating from previous week.
Select the week you want to copy from, toggle "with employee" to pull assignments with employees and click Create Shifts.
