Purpose: The Scheduling QA feature helps to check for errors of omission or misallocation within the schedules before it is published to staff.

Scenario: You might forget to assign a staff member a shift on a certain day of the week or one person is assigned to different events that are occurring at the same time.

Key terms:

QA- Quality assurance is a systematic verification to see if the schedule is error-free. The 'QA Schedule' button helps you to do a quality assurance before you publish the schedule. When scheduling shifts, there are chances that you can make errors and go on to publish the schedule which is erroneous.

Errors - are blocks and if they are not rectified the schedule can not be released published.

Warning - are cautions that you need to be aware of. They do not block the schedule from being released.
