View Tasks Dashboard

Purpose: A tasks dashboard provides a high-level view of all activities, helping you quickly understand their status and progress. It aids in identifying which tasks need immediate attention and which can be scheduled for later. You can view all tasks assigned to individuals and prioritize high priority tasks.

Application Role Required:

  • DepartmentDashboard

Follow the steps to view the dashboard:

  1. Log in to the Luvelo Tasks application.

  2. On the bottom menu click 'Dashboard'.

  3. Here you are able to see all tasks assigned to users. You can use the filter to view tasks based on the departments or a specific user. To achieve this, click on the 'Filter' button.

  4. To filter by department, click 'Search Department'.

  5. To filter by user name, click 'Search User'.

  6. To expand and view all tasks assigned to a user, click on the user name. This allows you to see priority of the task and the dates when the task was created and last updated.

  7. Click on the priority area on the far right of the task in order to change assignee, due date, status and priority. Additionally you can also add comments and notes on this particular area.

  8. You are also able to move specific user assigned tasks to show on the top of the list. You achieve click using your mouse and drag the task to where you want it to show on the list. For example moving task #3 "CPR Metronome App" to position 1.

  9. Click 'Collapse' button to show collapse all tasks that have been expanded.
