Scenario: You want the ICT installation team to know about how to install a 3G flex outdoor camera. You have to add the users in a user group called 'ICT Installation' via Groups application. Then you add them on an SOP in Luvelo Tasks application in order for them to view and acknowledge the SOP.
Follow the steps to see how you can add the acknowledgement group to an SOP task:
Log in to the Luvelo Tasks application.
Click on 'My SOP' to open a list of your SOPs.
Under All SOPs, open the SOP task you want the group to be attached to.
Click the 3 dots on the top right corner to view options.
Click 'Edit'. This allows you to start editing the SOP.
Click on 'Owner and Acknowledgement'. This will give you an option to add a group to the SOP.
Select the Group to follow the SOP and set the acknowledge frequency.
Navigate back and click 'Publish', to publish the SOP.
You will see the Acknowledged Users' section and the number of people who have acknowledged the SOP. Clicking on it will show a list of users pending acknowledgment and those who acknowledged.
