Create SOP Task Lists

Purpose: To provide a repository for departmental SOPs.

Follow the steps on how to create a task list for SOPs:

  1. Login to the Luvelo Task Application.

  2. On the bottom menu, click the 'Settings'.

  3. Click 'New Folder' and enter the name of the SOP folder. Click on Create to save.

  4. Click 'New Task' List.

  5. Enter task list details.

  6. Enter the Task List name. If the task list is for the ICT Installations SOPs, name it 'ICT Installations_SOP'.

  7. Select the Pending folder that the task list will be. (select the one you created on step 2).

  8. Select the template. 'Default Template'.

  9. Select Task Type. You should select 'SOP' so that the task will be in an SOP format.

  10. Finally Click 'Create'.
