Scenario: You want the Assets team to custom make a cabinet for your department. After creating the task, you need to assign it to a member of the Assets department so that they start actioning it.
Follow the steps on how to assign a user:
You need to add the user to be a member of the task first then you assign. To do that click on the 3 stacked buttons on the top right corner to view more options.
From the options pop-up window, select 'Add/Exclude Users'.
Search for the user's name, under Added Users, and select the name to add user. Click 'Save' to complete the action.
The task will be automatically assigned to the added user.
