Schedule Service

Purpose: The goal of scheduling asset management is to ensure that assets are properly maintained and repaired, reducing the risk of breakdowns and downtime, extending asset life, and ultimately maximizing the return on investment.

Follow the steps to see how to schedule for a service in Maintenance app:

1. On the home screen, click 'Service Schedule'.

2. Here you will see all the service schedules. Click the plus icon on the top right corner of the screen to add new service schedule.

3. Enter all the details of the schedule and save:

Status - Switch on the toggle button to activate the status of the service.

Name - Enter all the service name

Description - This describes what kind of service that's going to be done to the asset.

Type: The entity that needs a service

Default Items: When scheduling a service for an asset, make sure to choose the specific asset that requires the service.

Frequency Type - A measure to how the asset will be utilized.

Frequency Value - This is determined by the Frequency type. It's the number of hours/km/days it takes for another service to occur.

Expectations -What is the expected outcome after the service.

Help URL - Enter the URL for an article that can be used as reference.

SOP - Attach an SOP from Luvelo Tasks that can be used as reference during the service.

4. After saving, you will see all the details on the service schedule overview screen.

5. Click on 'Consumable parts' and 'Tools' to add procedure parts that will be needed during the service.
