Manage Adverse Events Follow Up Calls

Before you start - Before you can report an adverse event on AEFI app, you will need the following:

1. A device that supports the latest version of AEFI

2. Connection to internet via Wi-Fi or mobile data

3. Active credentials for signing in

Step1 - Log in to AEFI

Locate AEFI application on your device and open it. On the sign in page, choose "Login with Microsoft". Input your credentials (username & password) then sign in. If asked if you want to "Stay signed in?' choose "NO".

Step 2 - Select client to follow-up

Once you have logged in to AEFI, you can now choose "Due for follow-up". You will then see a list of all clients that are due for follow-up. Pick the client you want to call from the list of the client by selecting the client. Once you have selected the client, you will be able to see different information (contact, dose history, adverse event details and clinical review details).

Step 3 - Log Call Details

Once you have called patient, you can then log the call details and the outcome from the call. From the patient file, select "+ Log a new call". You can then fill the required information before submitting. Once ball required information has been filled out, you can then press "submit".

Next Step

Once you have successfully summited the call details, the client will not show on the due to follow-up list until the next due call date if required (depending on outcomes).
