Purpose:
The Diet feature is used to check and add patient's dietary information in EHR.
Med assistants use this information to know the best ways of feeding the patient.
Doctors monitor the patient condition based on the eating pattens documented here.
Also it helps the Asset Dietary staff to know which food to give the patient.
Scenario: A patient is losing weight and doctors want to check how the patient has been eating. If the patient is struggling with swallowing they can use the NG tube to assist with feeding.
