Purpose: Complaints records are used to check which medical problems the patient has been going through. This information can be used to monitor the degree of improvement on the patient's health.
Scenario: A patients has a complaint about their ear, they are saying that the ear is itching and sometimes it aches and pass oozes out from time to time. You have to record these complaints by the patient to make their diagnosis and treatment easy and swift.

Log in EHR app. Click here to see how to log in.
Before you start anything you need to do a Full Sync so that all records are updated. Click here to see how to perform a full synch.
Click on 'All Admissions'.
You can use the search bar to search for the preferred patient or scroll down till you find the name. After you found the patient click on the name to see all information concerning that patient.
Click on 'Complaints'.
Click on '+ Complaints' to add patient's complaints.
Click on the Complaint dropdown to select the complaint and add more notes about the complaint on the 'Notes' area.
From the list of of complaints, you can click on the comment to Delete, Resolve or Add more Comments on that particular complaint.
Delete: if you want to delete the comment.
Resolve: if the complaint was able to be attended to and solved.
Reopen: In the case that the problem returns, click Reopen.
+ Comment: if you want to add a comment on that particular complaint.
