Purpose: Diagnosing a disease and capturing medical procedures needed and medication to be prescribed to the patient.
Scenario: A patient has been diagnosed with Anaemia and the doctor is recommending a blood transfusion and prescribing some iron tablets that the patient should take. All this information is captured under the Diagnosis function in EHR.
Key term:
Diagnosis - the act of discovering a disease on a patient.
Resolve - the sickness was healed.

Log in EHR app. Click here to see how to log in.
Before you start anything you need to do a Full Sync so that all records are updated. Click here to see how to perform a full synch.
Click on 'All Admissions'.
You can use the search bar to search for the preferred patient or scroll down till you find the name. After you found the patient click on the name to see all information concerning that patient.
Click on Diagnosis.
If there is a new diagnosis that was made on the patient, click on '+ Diagnosis' and add the diagnosis.
If you want to check, add more notes or resolve a past diagnosis, click on the diagnosis from the list, and edit.
Resolve - the sickness was healed
