Purpose: The purpose of a mechanism is to track where the check-ins were done. This article will show you how to create and configure a new mechanism in BackOffice application. These mechanisms will show on the Visit Overview screen.
Follow the steps below in order to add a new mechanism:
1. Log into Backoffice app using your Luvelo credentials.
2. Click on Operations to navigate to the Operations page.
3. From the main menu click "Mechanism".
4. Click on "New Mechanism" in order to start adding a mechanism.
5. Fill in the details of the mechanism in the pop-up window on the right hand side and click "Save" to save the details.
6. The new mechanism is now saved and can be viewed from the list of mechanisms. The new mechanism can be added to a patient’s visit in Outpatient during check-in.
7. To edit a mechanism, click on the name and the Edit mechanism pop-up window will show on the right side of the page.
8. Click "Save" when done editing.
