Scenario: You are administering an ultrasound order, and you want to write notes concerning that order administration. You will make use of the notes template so that you are guided on what to write.
Follow these steps on how to configure a note template:
Log in to the Configuration application.
Click 'Medical Config'.
On the left side navigation menu click 'General' then select 'Note Templates'.
To create a new note template, click the 'New Note Template' button.
Enter the note template name, type and text to be displayed then save. Note: If you want to toggle the text to show automatically, toggle the 'Is Active' button.
