Purpose: To configure common patient complaints which will be shown in EHR.
Scenario: A patient is complaining about a sore throat and when trying to record the complaint in EHR it's not showing. You have to add the complaint in BackOffice so that it shows in EHR.
Follow the steps:
Log in BackOffice application.
Click 'Medical Settings'.
On the menu bar click 'General' then select 'Complaint Types'.
Click '+ Complaint Type'.
Enter the Complaint Type name and click on the 'Save' button. Note: Toggle 'Active' if you want to add the complaint to show in EHR.
