Scheduling a Form

Purpose: Scheduling a form will is a useful tool for controlling access, enforcing deadlines and set reminders. Once completed, these forms can provide valuable analytical data that can be downloaded for further analysis.

Application Role Required:

  • FormsAdmin_Admin

Follow these steps to schedule a form:

  1. Log in Forms Admin application.

  2. Click 'Forms Schedule' on the menu.

  3. Click 'New Schedule'.

  4. Fill in the schedule details.

    • Form - Select the form

    • Group - select the group that will be accessing the form .

    • Schedule Frequency:

      • Days - this ensures the number of days the form will be active before it expires.

      • Never Expires - this means that the form will always be active.

    • Reminder - If yes, users will get a reminder to fill-in the form.

    • Is activate - This activates or deactivate the schedule

    • Employee dropdown for user identification - The selected form does not require users to be logged in. This means that this form schedule requires you to select an employee dropdown, that exists on the form, to be used as the user identifier for form analytics data. If there are no employee drop downs to select, please go to the form editor and add an employee drop down field. Alternatively, go to the form editor and update the form type to one that requires user login i.e. all types except Invitation.
