Purpose: This article will show you how to record new test results using the Lab Application.
Scenario: You have just completed performing a blood test for a VIP and now the Results for that blood test have come back and you have to now record them into the system. So how do you then record test results in to the Lab Application in Luvelo.
First you need to log into the Lab Application. Click here to see how.
Once on the Lab Application click on Test Results.
Once on the Test Results tab click on the 'New Test Result' button and a form will appear and you can now start filling in the results details.
Select the Lab Test you are recording results for on the dropdown menu, use the 'Search Lab Test' search field to find what you are looking for quickly.
Enter the Lab Order Number in the Search Field then use the dropdown menu to select the specific lab order you are working on.
Select the Lab Result Option for the test, use the 'Search Result Option' search field to quickly search for the Lab Result Option you are looking for.
Enter the Test Result in the Text Area provided labeled 'Result' and add any notes to the appropriate Text Area Labeled 'Notes'.
Click on the 'Save' button at the bottom of the form.
