Purpose: This article will show you how to create a new variable using the Lab Application in Luvelo.
Scenario: As a lab technician, you have a complex calculation that you use for one of your tests. You want to add it to the Lab Application, but it has a lot of variables, such as height, weight, and others. To make these variables available when creating and adding your complex calculation to the application, you need to create them in the application.
Firstly you need to be logged into the Lab Application on Luvelo, Click here to see how.
Click on Variables.
Click on the 'New Variable' button to add a new variable.
Enter the variable name in the text field labeled 'Variable'.
Click on the 'Save' button to save your new variable.
