My Work
My work is an app that can be used by employees to perform and view different function on their devices that can access internet. This can be android, pc, iPhone or any other device that has web browser and access to the internet.
Before you start - Before you can use My Work app, you will need the following:
1. A device that has a web browser
2. Access to internet connection via mobile data or WiFi
3. Be an active employee
4. Microsoft credentials
Step 1 - Log in to My Work: To log in to My Work you need to access the following website via a web browser app.luvelo.org/mywork. Choose login with Microsoft. Enter your Microsoft credentials (username & password) and sign in.
Once you have successfully signed in, you can then be able to do different available functions on the My Work app. These functions include:
View Schedule
Submitting Leave Request
Viewing your Pay Slip
Documenting a Sick Note
Submitting a Timesheet Correction
View Schedule - To view your schedule, select the Schedule option. Once selected, you will see the shifts assigned to you. Your main or primary shift will appear in bold—this shift determines your clock-in and clock-out times for that day.
Submitting Leave Request - To submit a leave request, select the Request Leave option, followed by New Request. Enter your leave details, including the start date, end date, leave type, and reason for leave. Once all details are filled in correctly, press Submit.
To check the status of previous requests, select View Requests on the Request Day Off screen.
View Payslip & PAYE - To view your Payslip and PAYE documents, start by selecting Pay Slip from the menu. After that, choose the payslip period you want to view. A One-Time PIN (OTP) will be sent to your personal phone number, which you'll need to enter to access the payslip.
For PAYE documents, switch to the PAYE tab to see the available files. Select the one you want to view and enter the OTP sent to your phone to open it.
Note:
If you don’t receive the code, you can press Send code again. If the problem persists, please report the issue via Slack.
Documenting Sick Note - To document a sick note, select Document Sick Note, then choose New Sick Note. Enter your sick leave details, including the start date, end date, reason for leave, and attach the sick note. Once all details are entered correctly, press Submit.
To view the status of previous submissions, select View Sick Note Submission on the Sick Note screen.
Submitting a Timesheet Correction - To submit a timesheet correction, select Timesheet Correction, then choose New Timesheet Correction. Select the shift you want to correct, enter the necessary details, and press Submit.
To view the status of previous requests, select View Past Corrections Submitted on the Timesheet Correction screen.
