Scenario: You need to edit the stock list for a specific restock bin, but when you try to access the Stock lists page, you receive a message saying: "You do not have permissions to view this screen." This indicates that your current access level does not allow you to view or edit the page. How do you obtain the necessary permissions to proceed?
Follow these steps to request for an application role:
Log in to MyWork. Click here if you do not know how.
Click on "App Role Request".
Click the "+" icon located at the top right corner of the screen to create a new request.
Search for the Application you require the role for in the search field, e.g. Supply Chain
Click on the application you are searching for.
Browse through the list of available roles for that application and select the appropriate one to what you are looking for.
If you are requesting the role for yourself, leave the Personal Request toggle turned on. If you are requesting it on behalf of someone else, turn the toggle off, then use the dropdown to select the employee you are requesting the role for.
After that, provide your justification in the Justification field.Click on the "Request Permission" button at the bottom of the form to submit your app role request and wait for approval.
