Scenario: All the fleet that we have on campus is recorded in the Fleet application. Here you will find records of newly acquired vehicles, active vehicles, inactive vehicles and those that were sold. You can also find all the information pertaining a certain vehicle like the make, fuel type, registration number, permits etc.

Follow the steps to on how to check or add the details in Fleet:
After logging in, click 'Fleet' to see all the fleet details.
A list of the fleets will show.
Click on the vehicle's name to see details of that particular vehicle.
To edit the fleet details, click on the pencil icon.
Fill in all the required details and click 'Save'.
Click the upload icon if you want to attach a picture of the vehicle.
Click 'Add Permit' in order to add different types of permits that have been issued to the vehicle.
Select the permits that have been issued to the vehicle and click 'Add'.
Click on the pencil icon on the to add the permit to add permit registration expiration date and attach the soft copy of the permit and 'Save'.
