Purpose: When there is a fuel delivery it is important that you document all the details pertaining the delivery. This includes the type of tank being filled, the amount of fuel that was in the tank before and after the fill and also the water levels in the tank. This article shows how to record fuel deliveries at in the Fleet application.

Follow the steps on how to check or add the details in Fleet:
After logging in, click 'Fuel Delivery' to see all the fleet details.
Click the plus (+) icon to add the fuel fill.
Now enter the delivery details and click on 'Add Tanks Fill' to select the tank to be filled.
Date Requested - this is the date when the request for fuel delivery was sent.
Date Delivered - this is the date when the fuel was delivered at TLC.
Truck driver - this is the name of the truck driver who delivered the fuel at TLC.
Select the tank to be filled up and click 'Add'.
Fill in the delivery details, attach all the pictures and click 'Submit.'
Pre-fill Dispenser reading - this is the reading of the dispenser before filling the tank with fuel.
Pre-fill Tank volume - this is the reading of the tank before filling it with fuel.
Pre-fill Truck volume - this is the reading of the truck volume before putting fuel in the tank.
Post-fill Tank volume - this is the reading of the tank after being filled with fuel.
Post-fill Truck volume - this is the reading of the truck after filling the tank with fuel.
Post-fill Water volume - this is the reading of water content in the tank.
After submitting successfully, you will see a green tick on the deliveries.
