Quick Start:
Add a type that allows coaching to Code of Conduct. Associate a Fine with it.
Create a new offense with tat type, select "coaching" as yes. Send to employee for statement.
Employee will see the information and have an option to give their statement.
After employee gives statement, update the for and then "Send Details to Employee"
The employee will see the outcome, including the fine and sign.
The offense will be marked as complete and the payroll deduction request for the fine will be sent to the appropriate team.
