Configure Items to be Administered as Medication

Purpose: Configure items to automatically sync into EHR application as medications able to be prescribed and ordered.

Follow the steps to configure:

  1. Use the following link to log into Luvelo SupplyChain app using your credentials. app.luvelo.org/SupplyChain/

  2. From the list of sites showing, select your site or type the name its name to search.

  3. Click on 'Item Lookup'.

  4. Type and search for the medication and click to open once it has shown.

  5. Once you have open, click the pencil icon on the top left corner to edit the settings.

  6. On the settings, make sure the Unit/Volume is selected and also Category is set to Pharmaceutical.

  7. a. If there are no package sizes, or you need to add a package, click on "Add Package Size" to add the package.

    b. If there is already a package, click on the pencil icon next to the package in order to edit.

  8. After adding the quantities of the package, you MUST tick the Dispensable checkbox and submit.

  9. Finally save the settings.
