Follow the steps to create a Medical Service:
Log in to the Configuration application.
Click on Medical Config.
Click General.
Click Medical Services
Click on New Medical Service.
Type the Medical Service name.
If the Medical service is gender specific, for example Antenatal Care, you select Female.
Activate the service by clicking on the 'Active'.
Finally click Save.
