Purpose:
The purpose of this article is to demonstrate how to configure a form to generate a PDF upon submission and send it to a specified Slack channel.
Steps to Configure Form PDF Generation on Submission:
Log in to the FormBuilder application.
Click the “New Form” button.
Enter the form name.
Click the “Custom Action” button. This is where custom actions for the form are defined.
Send Submission to Slack: Once this option is toggled on, you will need to specify the Slack channel where the form will be submitted.
Generate PDF: This will generate a PDF once you submit the form. The PDF will be sent to the Slack channel you define.
Specify the Slack channel.
Add the section of the form.
Add the field.
