Follow the steps to add translations:
Log in Operation application.
On the menu, click on 'Translations'.
If you want to upload translations from an external spreadsheet you can click 'Upload'. Make sure that the translations on the spreadsheet are in the right format.
Select the language you want to translate. Once you select the language, the key text will be translated to that language.
If you want to manually add translation, click the key then it will allow you to add.
Click the 'Download' button to download that particular language translations.
Click 'Auto Translate' to translate all keys that are not yet translated.
You can search for the translation key or text you want to be translated using the search bar. (Translation key is the text shown on the application UI).
Click on the translation icon to translate the key.
If you don't want a key word with a translation, not to be translated on the application UI, click cancel checkbox.
