Scenario: You need to add and configure a confidential site where sensitive patients, such as SWPs, can be checked in. This site will be utilized by both the MedCheckIn and Outpatient applications.
Add a New Site
Access the configuration app throught this URL: Configuration
Click on the Operations section to open the Operations app.
In Operations > Sites, click on the Add Site button to create a new site.
In the Site details screen, fill in the necessary fields such as site name, region, country, type, default host, coordinates etc. To add more optional details, click the Add more details button.
You can delete a site by clicking the Delete button to delete a site. You can also click the View History button to view any edit history related to the site
Click on Submit to save the new site.
2. Configure check-in settings
In the Configuration app, click on Medical Config in the navigation. (Step 1)
In the side menu, go to Check-In.
In the side navigation bar, click Confidential Sites to view existing confidential sites or to add a new confidential site.
Click New Confidential Site to add the new site and its details.
Add the site details from the dropdown options such as Site, Slack Channel, and Approver Group. Click Save to save the details.
Navigate to the Workplace Confidential Sites section in the side navigation. This links the Confidential Site (step 10) to the Workplace Site.
Click on New Workplace Confidential to add the new workplace confidential site and its details.
Add the workplace confidential site details from the dropdown options such as Workplace Site and Confidential Site (step 9-8). Click Save to save the details.
Your confidential site has been successfully added.
