Purpose: To delete shift positions that are unassigned and no longer needed. This process helps to declutter the schedule, prevent confusion, and ensure that only active, filled positions are visible. It maintains the accuracy and efficiency of the scheduling system by removing irrelevant placeholders.
Accessing the App
Required Role: Schedule and Assignments
Log in to Luvelo Shifts by visiting app.luvelo.org/shifts in your web browser.
Deleting Blank Shifts
Click "Location icon" to choose your site.
Click Assignments on the top menu bar.
Click the assignment name that contains the blank shift you want to delete.
A pop-up window will display the assignment times.
Check the box next to the specific date(s) of the shifts you want to delete.
To delete all listed shifts, click Select All.
Click the Delete button.
A "shifts deleted successfully" confirmation message will appear. The blank shifts will no longer be visible on the schedule.
