Steps on how to download form submission

  1. Log in at app.luvelo.org/formbuilder.

  2. Search for the desired form by form name.

    3. After locating the form, click "Submission".

  3. Choose the data type you wish to download:

    • Dropdown Data: Displays data from all dropdown field types.

    • Excel Data: Downloads all form submission data in Excel format.

    • PDFs: Downloads all form submission data in PDF format.

    3A. Get Drop Down Data

    a 1) Select the date range for the form data. Click "Get Form Data" to display the dropdown fields' data.

    a 2) The data for the dropdown fields on the form will be displayed.

    3B. Download Excel Data

    b 1) Select the date range for the form data. Click "Get Form Data". An Excel file will automatically download to your device.

    3C. Download PDF Data

    c 1) Select the date range for the form data. Click "Get Form Data". You will see a list of submissions showing User GUID, User Name, and Submission Date.

    c 2) To download a specific PDF, click on the User GUID for that submission. A PDF will download to your device.
