Purpose: You can create a dedicated list for a tuck shop and a completely different one for a gift shop, ensuring you only see the products relevant to that particular business operation.
Accessing the App
Required Role:
Log in to Luvelo POS using the mobile app or by visiting app.luvelo.org/pos in your web browser.
Adding a Product List
From the home screen, click Product Lists.
You will see a list of existing product lists, if any. To add a new one, click the + on the top right corner.
Fill out the Product List details and save.
Product list name - The distinct name you give to a group of products. This is how you'll identify and select a specific list, such as "Tuck Shop Menu" or "Gift Shop Inventory.".
Currency - The type of money used for transactions within a specific product list.
Active - This is the status of the product list, indicating that it is currently in use and available for transactions.
Adding Products on a Product List
Click on an existing product list
You will see a list of existing products if any. To add a new product, click + Product.
Add product (choose from existing products), assign a unit price, and click Save.
Edit or Delete Product from Product List
Click the pencil icon next to the product name.
The product list item screen will appear. From here, you can edit the product, unit price and click Save to update it, or you can click the bin icon to remove the product entirely.
Editing an Existing Product List
From the home screen, click Product Lists.
You will then see a list of existing product lists. Click on the product list name you want to edit.
The product list detail screen will appear. Click on the pencil icon next to the product list name.
The product list details screen will appear. From here, you can edit the product list name, change the currency, and click Save to update it.
