Purpose: To gain a comprehensive overview of your business's performance. This report provides critical data points such as total revenue, top-selling products, and sales trends over a specified period.
Accessing the App
Required Role: Sales Administrator
Log in to Luvelo POS using the mobile app or by visiting app.luvelo.org/pos in your web browser.
Downloading Sales Report
From the home screen, click Sales.
Click the 'cloud icon' on the top right corner.
Choose the sale type.
Direct Sales: Transactions where a product or service is sold directly to the end customer.
All Payment: The total amount of money received from all sales, regardless of the payment method used.
Select the report date you want to download and click download.
