Purpose: To ensure fair and consistent compensation, Luvelo Shifts allows you to configure a minimum payroll hour guarantee for shifts that are clocked in for less than a predetermined threshold.

This feature ensures that if an employee clocks in and clocks out for a shift that extends beyond a certain short duration, they are automatically credited with a predetermined minimum number of payroll hours for pay calculation.
