Purpose: To provide administrators and supervisors with visibility into form completion activity, the Form Schedule Results feature in Luvelo Form Builder allows users to view which employees have signed or not signed scheduled forms.
Accessing the App
Application Role Required: Forms Scheduler
Log in to Luvelo Form Builder by visiting app.luvelo.org/formbuilder in your web browser.
Viewing the results
Click on "Forms Schedule"
Click on the percentage of the form you want to see results for.
You will see a pop up of the "Form Analytics", click "Export" to download a spreadsheet with the results.
From the spreadsheet you will see a date and time stamp for when the form was signed withing the signed on column. Those with that date signed the form.
