Purpose: The Employee Kiosk is designed as a comprehensive self-service hub that centralizes key workforce services in one easily accessible location. It enables employees to independently manage a wide range of tasks, including personal information, requests, and work-related updates. In addition, the kiosk can serve as a time and attendance station, supporting accurate clock-ins and clock-outs.
Setting up the employee kiosk

Step 1: Setup System User
Log in to Luvelo Users by visiting app.luvelo.org/organization/userlist in your web browser.
Select the user you wan to use as a kiosk user.
Click the pencil icon.
Set user type to internal.
Set account type to system user and save.
Step 2: Add Kiosk Device
Log in to Luvelo Shifts Config by visiting app.luvelo.org/shiftsConfig in your web browser.
From the side menu, click "Kiosks".
From the kiosk expansion, click "Kiosk Devices".
Click "New Kiosk Device".
Fill in the New Kiosk Device details and save.
Device Name: A unique name given to the device for identification purposes.
Device User: The assigned user or account linked to the device. This must a system user setup prior in app.luvelo.org/organization/userlist.
Latitude: The geographical coordinate that specifies the device’s position north or south of the equator. Used for location tracking, mapping, and geofencing.
Longitude: The geographical coordinate that specifies the device’s position east or west of the prime meridian. Together with latitude, it accurately identifies the device’s physical location.
Enable Auto Activation: A setting that, when turned on, allows the device to automatically activate and register without manual setup when it connects to the system.
Once device details have been saved, click on "QR Code".
Open the Employee Kiosk app on the kiosk device and scan the QR Code.
Once QR Code has been scanned, device will show as pending approval, click approve.
Once approved, restart employee kiosk app on the kiosk device and it will be ready to be used.
