Purpose: To record key interactions, updates, and observations related to an individual contact. By capturing notes, users ensure continuity of communication, maintain a clear history of engagement, support informed follow-up actions, improve collaboration among team members, and strengthen relationship management through accurate and accessible records.

Accessing the App

Required Role: CRM

  1. Log in to Luvelo CRM by visiting app.luvelo.org/crm in your web browser.

Documenting a Contact Note

  1. Click "Contact".

  2. Search for the contact you want to document note for.

  3. Click the contact name.

  4. Click "Notes".

  5. Click "+ Note".

  6. Fill in the note details and save:

    • Note Type: The category of the note, indicating the nature of the update (e.g., meeting, phone call, follow-up, internal update, client feedback).

    • Notification Channel: The Slack channel through which notifications related to this note should be sent.

    • Note: The main body of the message describing the update, conversation, action taken, or information related to the opportunity.

    • Attachments: Any files that need to be uploaded along with the note, such as proposals, quotes, presentations, or images supporting the update.
