Purpose: In Luvelo Supply Chain, preprinted asset tags can only be linked to assets during receiving if their tag values already exist in the system. This guide outlines the steps for importing these preprinted asset tags in advance, ensuring they are accepted and properly matched during the receiving process.
Accessing the App
Required Role:
Log in to Supply Chain Config by visiting app.luvelo.org/suppplychainconfig in your web browser.
Importing Preprinted Asset Tags
Click “Import” and the system will display additional import options.
Click “Preprinted Assets” to open the import screen.
Click “Download Template CSV” to download the template to your computer.
Locate the downloaded CSV template in your Downloads folder, open it, and fill in all your preprinted asset tag values under the Tag column and save.
Click “Import from CSV” in the Supply Chain configuration.
On the Import from CSV popup, click “Select File” to choose the CSV template you completed.
Select the completed CSV file, then click “Upload” to import it.
You will receive a confirmation notification, and your asset tag values will appear in the system.
