Scenario: You would like to create multi-tab custom services that allows you to link multiple dynamic forms per service.
Follow the steps on how to configure multi tab custom service:
Login to the Medical Config application using this link: MedicalConfig
Create a new custom medical service. You can follow the steps on this link to create a service.
After creating the service, you must add a custom note type setting. Click General Types.
Select Note Type Settings.
Click the New Note Type Setting button.
Select "Custom" as the Note Type and add the other details like Display Name, Slack Channel, etc. Make sure to link the note type setting to the created Custom Note Service created in the previous step. Click Save.
Go to Medical Service Sections.
Click the New Medical Service Section button.
Document the Medical Service Section details like Med Service Section Name, select the Med Service that the section will be added, section type, etc.
Link the note type setting created above in step 6. Click Save to complete.
After creating note type settings and medical service sections, you can create a note template and link it to the specific note type to be displayed in a Medical Service Section.
Select the correct Note type, for custom services this would be "Custom".
After selecting the Note type, specify the note type setting created in step 6.
The linked note template above will be specific to the multi section service.
Once completed, the service should be available to use in EHR.
